Oops I said I threw everything into the crockpot. I didn't use the oil which I said earlier but I also didn't throw the cornstarch and water in to cook all day either. Infact I didn't use that at all but if you want that authentic thickness you'll need to add it when the recipe says to.

This was really good. I bought a bag of bean sprouts that only came in a 10 or 12 ounce bag so I threw the whole bag in because I didn't want the rest to go bad (they don't last long once the bag is opened). I also used three skinned chicken leg quarters b/c that's what I had on hand though after everything was cooked I only shredded two into the chow mein. This has LOTS of veggies. Next time I think I'll double the sauce ingredients just b/c I like mine with more gravy stuff but it was very good. I didn't brown anything I just threw everything into the crockpot (minus the oil) and cooked it on low all day. I'll make this again and thanks for the recipe!
