Yes, I know what you're thinking... ANOTHER fruit salad recipe. Just try this dish, it will become one of your favorites. Incredibly simple to make, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 watermelon
  • 1 cantaloupe, peeled and seeds removed
  • 1 (15 oz) can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, red
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, green
  • 4 plums, pitted and diced
  • 1 pint blueberries, cleaned and liquid removed

Directions
  1. Using a melon baller, hollow out watermelon and cantaloupe place into a large bowl.
  2. Mix in the pineapple, plums, grapes and blueberries into the same bowl. Gently stir fruit together, and serve.
