BEEF STUFFED TOMATOES

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 4 large tomatoes shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- ½ green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- ¼ tsp. pepper shopping list
- ¼ pound extra-lean ground beef shopping list
- ½ cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- parsley, chopped shopping list
- 4 Tbs. Grated reduced-fat parmesan cheese ( 1 tablespoon on top of each tomato ) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 350.
- Cut tops off tomatoes set aside. Scoop out pulp,
- Combine tomato pulp, ground beef, onion, celery, green pepper, salt and pepper in a large skillet.
- Cook until meat is brown, stirring frequently.
- Fill tomato shells with the meat mixture sprinkle with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese place tops back on to baking. Place in a shallow baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve.
- Serving size one tomato.
