Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 350.
  • Cut tops off tomatoes set aside. Scoop out pulp,
  • Combine tomato pulp, ground beef, onion, celery, green pepper, salt and pepper in a large skillet.
  • Cook until meat is brown, stirring frequently.
  • Fill tomato shells with the meat mixture sprinkle with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese place tops back on to baking. Place in a shallow baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve.
  • Serving size one tomato.
