Roasted Olives

- 1 c each of 3 types of olives shopping list
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1 Tbs herbes de provence shopping list
- 8 whole garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/4 c olive oil1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lay out all the ingredients on a sheet pan and toss to combine. Roast the mixture in the oven for 15 to 20 mins or till the tomatoes are shriveled and lightly browned.
- Cool mixture on the sheet pan and you're done. Serve at room temperature.(ormix rosemary,thyme and basil
