How to make it

  • in a large mixing bowl,combine the first seven ingredients
  • Beat until smooth.
  • pour into a pastry shell.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes longer oruntil a knife comes out clean.
  • Cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Chill in refrigerator and store there till serving.
