No Guilt Pumpkin Pie

- 1 (15 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin shopping list
- 1 (14oz.) shopping list
- can of fat-free sweetened condensed milk. shopping list
- 1/2 cup egg substitute shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- 1 9 inch unbaked pastry shell,( I use Frozen) shopping list
How to make it
- in a large mixing bowl,combine the first seven ingredients
- Beat until smooth.
- pour into a pastry shell.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
- Bake 25-30 minutes longer oruntil a knife comes out clean.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Chill in refrigerator and store there till serving.
