How to make it

  • Pre-make and freeze a large ice mold using pineapple juice. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a punch bowl then stir well. Chill one hour or until serving time. When ready to serve place frozen ice mold into punch bowl then add in champagne and stir. Serve immediately.
