Chicken Breasts in Wine Sauce

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon large capers drained shopping list
- parsley sprigs shopping list
How to make it
- Cut each chicken breast horizontally to make 2 thin slices and coat with flour. Heat butter in large skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken and garlic in butter for 6 minutes turning once until chicken is brown. Add wine and lemon juice then sprinkle with pepper and heat until hot. Sprinkle with capers then garnish with parsley and serve.
