  • 2. Pour cranberry chutney over cheese.
  • 3. Serve with crackers

    Well, actually that is not a bad idea at all. I love goat cheese. But if I'm taking this to a party I'll probably stick with the Philly. I don't want to bring home any leftovers. :)

    This is an open book. You can make it with pretty much any topping as Gingalee mentions. We've done it with Orange Marmalade in the summer. With Mint Jelly for Derby Day. Just add your favorite topping.
