Gooey Butter Cake

A Paula Deen recipe. Very Good.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 8 Tbsp butter melted shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 pkg cream cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 8 tbsp butter melted shopping list
- 1 - 16 oz. box powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cake mix, egg and butter; mix well.
- Pat mixture into bottom & Sides of a 13x9 pan
- In large bowl beat cream cheese till smooth,
- Add eggs, vanilla & butter - beat well
- Add powdered sugar & Mix well.
- Spread over cake batter & bake for 40 - 50 minutes.
- Do not overbake. Center should be gooey.
