Oven Hot Dog Sandwich Recipe

How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl combine cheese, crushed tortilla chips, scallions, salsa, mayonnaise and chili powder. Mix well. Cut into each hot dog half way thru. Divide cheese mixture into each hot dog. Put into the oven and broil for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve in hot dog buns.
