Pecan Pie Mini Muffins

Give me something with pecans in it and I'm all over it...These are good and easy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup pecans, chopped shopping list
- 2/3 cup butter, melted and cooled shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- In mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and pecans
- In another mixing bowl combine butter and eggs
- Stir in flour mixture just until moistened. Grease 30 mini muffin cups and fill 3/4 full
- Bake 20-25 minutes
- Remove to cooling rack and cool
