Ingredients

Coffee Cake:

1 c. Crisco

1 1/2 c. sugar

3 eggs

1/2 c. sour cream

1 tsp. vanilla

2 c. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

2 c. blueberries

Streusel:

3/4 c. sugar

3/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 c. flour

6 tbsp. butter

Directions

Coffee Cake:

Cream Crisco, sugar, eggs, sour cream & vanilla.

Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.

Fold in blueberries

Grease 9x13 baking dish

Streusel: Mix & sprinkle on top of coffee cake.

Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
