Blueberry Coffee Cake Streusel

Great light fluffy coffee cake. Always a crowd pleaser
Ingredients
- coffee Cake: shopping list
- 1 c. Crisco shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 c. sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2 c. flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 c. blueberries shopping list
- Streusel: shopping list
- 3/4 c. sugar shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 c. flour shopping list
- 6 tbsp. butter shopping list
How to make it
- Coffee Cake:
- Cream Crisco, sugar, eggs, sour cream & vanilla.
- Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
- Fold in blueberries
- Grease 9x13 baking dish
- Streusel: Mix & sprinkle on top of coffee cake.
- Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
