This dish is easy and very tasty. My family absolutely loves it! This tastes sort of like beef stroganoff.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ¼ cup mozarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Directions
  1. Brown ground turkey in a skillet.
  2. Add soup mix, water and garlic powder.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat about 15 minutes.
  4. Mix sour cream, milk and mozzarella; stir into meat mixture.
  5. Cover and heat through.
  6. Serve over spaghetti.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsely.
  8. Good with garlic bread and a green salad.

I made this the other day and found it to be quick and easy to put together, I did however, use your typical stroganoff noodle, only because that is what I'm partial to, either way, this dish is quite tasty, not to mention the fact, making it with turkey makes it even better.


Going to print this out,sounds good and like the use of ground Turkey.Thanks for sharing.

Alterations


Tonight I made this with just 8 oz. of sour cream and I used 2 percent milk. I used 4 oz. of mozzarella, and it was yummy!
