How to make it

  • Make a dough combining all pastry ingredients.
  • Press the dough into a cookie sheet with your fingers, pushing dough up sides of pan forming a rim.
  • Spread a thin layer of peach or apricot jam on top of dough.
  • Now place plums in rows on the dough.
  • Beat egg whites slightly and brush over plums, sprinkle 2tbs. flour over egg whites.
  • Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
  • Dust with powdered sugar on top upon serving... Enjoy....

    You need to add your recipes to the German groups that you are a member of -- I did add some to the International group but am not a member of the German ones. Great recipes you've been posting.
