Aunt Marys Mexican Chicken Casserole

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 8 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 1 can chopped tomatoes w/green chiles, do no drain shopping list
- ½ cup chicken broth shopping list
- 4 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1" chunks shopping list
- 8 8-10" flour tortillas shopping list
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese or mexican cheese, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Blend first 5 ingredients together.
- Stir in chicken.
- Layer as follows in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 1/2 chicken mixture, 4 tortillas.
- 1/2 chicken mixture, 4 tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees farenheit for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
