Crab Strata

- 4 cups cubed firm textured bread shopping list
- 12 oz crabmeat shopping list
- 4 cups shredder swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup capers shopping list
- 3 green onions shopping list
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry sherry shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease a 2 quart baking dish
- Toss together first six ingredients in the baking dish
- Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over bread mixture
- Cover tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours but not more than 24 hours
- If you refrigerate for 24 hours, remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking
- Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving

I have one somewhat similar to this and, believe it or not, it has Genoa salami in the ingredients.
