Summer Rice

How to make it
- In a big pan ("paellera" in spanish) put 3 spoons of olive oil
- Heat some garlic (cut in small pieces) until it's golden (but not brown)
- Add the onions and the chive sliced, and cook for 5 mins
- Add the sliced tomatoes
- After five minutes, add the rice (1 and a 1/2 cups) and move mixing all the ingredients
- Then add 3 cups of water (remember it's two cups of water for every cup of rice, always the double)
- Add the salt, the pepper and the parsley
- Cook slow heat for aprox. 20 minutes, until the water is gone and the rice is loose (move the pan so the rice does not stick to the bottom)
