CHRISTMAS COLOURS POUND CAKE

With the red cake and the green nuts this cake looks very festive. It is also quite delicious
Ingredients
- 1 pkg cherry chip cake mix shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 tbsp red food colouring shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pistacios shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, beat all of the ingredients until they are well blended. Pour batter in 2 well greased loaf pans. and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Top with your favorate frosting
- This cake freezes well
