Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large skillet, fry chorizo and potato;s till a little brown (use 1tbsp oil)
  • add seasonings to the egg mixture ( 1/2 c. milk eggs)
  • whisk and pour into hot pan
  • stir until eggs are set.
  • Meanwhile warm your tortillas on stovetop or micro your preference
  • I use hot sauce mixed with sour cream
  • 1/2. cup salsa or hot sauce
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • pour a little on your taco
  • Enjoy!
  • the above makes 1 cup of 'sauce':)

    Hmmmmm..... this looks very tasty! I actually make my own adobo. I can't take all the salt that comes in it. When I can't decide how to season something, it gets a lil CCC Adobo, and a lot of garlic!!
