Tomato Wiggle

- Serves 4
Quick summer breakfast or brunch. Great to serve house guests at the lake or beach. Summer tomatoes work best!
Ingredients
- 8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1 (5 oz.) jar sharp process cheese spread shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine, softened shopping list
- 1 green onion chopped shopping list
- 4 English muffins, split, toasted shopping list
- 8 tomato slices shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together first 4 ingredients.
- Spread about 2 T on each toasted muffin half.
- Broil until cheese bubbles.
- Top with tomato slice and broil an additional 1-2 minutes.
