Black Magic Cake

This cake is also known as "Black Joe" cake because of the addition of strong coffee to the chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup cocoa shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup cold strong coffee shopping list
- 1 cup sour milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients, beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour in greased and floured pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
- Frost with homemade choclate or vanilla frosting.
