Best Oven Hash Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup ground chuck

1/4 cup diced onion

1 tsp salt

Dash black pepper

3 cups potatoes, diced small

1/4 cup dried parsley

4 tsp Worcestershire

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

2-3 Tablespoons melted butter

Directions

Heat oven to 350.

Brown ground chuck with onion, salt, and pepper.

Cook potatoes in microwave with very small amount of water, stirring at least once, making sure potatoes on top get stirred into the water.

Mix cooked beef and potatoes with parsley.

Spray a 2 qt. casserole; pour hash into dish.

Mix breadcrumbs and butter; spread over top of hash.

Bake for 30 minutes.

I was gonna make this for dinner, but just got back from the grocery store. When you say Carnation Milk do you mean Dry, Evaporated or sweetened condensed? I figured it was either Dry or Evaporated so I got both. Please let me know which the recipe calls for? If not today I'll make it another night because it sounds super yummy!! Thanks!
