Viennese Plum Cake

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 10 red or blue plums cut in half shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Ceam butter till smooth.
- Cream in sugar till fluffily.
- Add in egg, one at a time. Combine and sift dry ingredients together.
- Beat into creamed mixture to blend.
- Spread mixture into a buttered 9 x 9 inch square pan. Place plums cut side up.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon and spoon mixture equally each plum.
- Bake 350F about 30 minutes or done.
- Serve warm or cold.
- Top with whipped cream.
