Canadian Sugar Cream Pie

- 2 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 3 tbsp flour shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk or cream shopping list
- 1 tsp maple extract shopping list
- pie shell , single crust unbaked for 10 inch pie pan shopping list
- chopped nuts optional shopping list
How to make it
- Beat with hand mixer brown sugar, flour and salt.
- Add gradually melted butter, eggs and milk, at low speed, enough to mix ingredients together.
- Add maple extract.
- Pour in a 10 inches pie shell (this pie is pretty big).
- Add nuts.
- Bake at 450F for 10 minutes and at 425F for 30 minutes or golden and set
- Cool completely
- Serve with whipped cram atop
