How to make it

  • Beat with hand mixer brown sugar, flour and salt.
  • Add gradually melted butter, eggs and milk, at low speed, enough to mix ingredients together.
  • Add maple extract.
  • Pour in a 10 inches pie shell (this pie is pretty big).
  • Add nuts.
  • Bake at 450F for 10 minutes and at 425F for 30 minutes or golden and set
  • Cool completely
  • Serve with whipped cram atop
