How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Wash potatoes.
  • Slice potatoes into thin rounds using a mandolin.
  • In a large bowl, mix the oil, rosemary, salt & pepper.
  • Toss in potatoes slices and mix until coated.
  • On 2 baking shets lined with foil spread the potatoes in one layer and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the potatoes onto the other side and bake for another 5 minutes.
  • or until golden brown and somewhat crispy.
