Roasted Rosemary Potato Chips

- 2 med potatoes shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary; roughly chopped shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Wash potatoes.
- Slice potatoes into thin rounds using a mandolin.
- In a large bowl, mix the oil, rosemary, salt & pepper.
- Toss in potatoes slices and mix until coated.
- On 2 baking shets lined with foil spread the potatoes in one layer and bake for 5 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes onto the other side and bake for another 5 minutes.
- or until golden brown and somewhat crispy.
