Mongolian Beef

- 2 Tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp cornstarch shopping list
- 2 tsp dry sherry shopping list
- 2 tsp hoisin sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp chile paste with garlic shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp peanut oil shopping list
- 1 Tbs minced, peeled,fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 Tbs minced fresh garlic shopping list
- 1 lb. sirloin steak,thin sliced across the grain shopping list
- 16 medium green onions,cut in 2" pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 8 ingredients ,stirring till smooth
- Heat peanut oil in large,nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add minced ginger,minced garlic,and beef;saute for 2 mins or till beef is browned. Add green onion pieces;saute 30 seconds. Add soy sauce mixture;cook 1 min or till thickened,stirring constantly.
