For those of us who eat on the run in the morning. Make these up freeze some, keep some in fridge and zap them in microwave for a minute and you are off and running with breakfast in hand. Yummy too

I have had and made these as appetizers (balls) only, which are delicious. I did use the hot Italian sausage but I think it would be better with the regular sausage when it's more of a breakfast sandwich, mmmmm. This is really a good recipe, quick and easy too!
