Breakfast Cookies

For those of us who eat on the run in the morning. Make these up freeze some, keep some in fridge and zap them in microwave for a minute and you are off and running with breakfast in hand. Yummy too
Ingredients
- 2 cups baking mix (Bisquick) shopping list
- 1 lb sausage shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 12 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese (1 pkg) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray jelly roll pan.
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly,
- Drop by heaping tablespoon onto prepared jelly roll sheet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from cookie sheet and place on paper towel.
- Store in covered container in refrigerator.
- Original recipe says will make 28 but I must make them larger cause usually only get 10 to 12 out of them
- I make these up for OAMC and freeze some of them for a taste treat throughout the month.

I have had and made these as appetizers (balls) only, which are delicious. I did use the hot Italian sausage but I think it would be better with the regular sausage when it's more of a breakfast sandwich, mmmmm. This is really a good recipe, quick ...more
