  • 1 lb sausage
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 12 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese (1 pkg)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray jelly roll pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly,
  4. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto prepared jelly roll sheet.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Remove from cookie sheet and place on paper towel.
  7. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
  8. Original recipe says will make 28 but I must make them larger cause usually only get 10 to 12 out of them
  9. I make these up for OAMC and freeze some of them for a taste treat throughout the month.

I need to try these.. these sound good...

That sounds so easy - sure would be nice to have ready to take to work!

I think I can do this!

These are great!! Fast, easy, and everyone loved them! Thanks for a great recipe!!

Oh, yum! And simple too!! They sound alot like sausage balls, only bigger! I have to add this to the picky eaters group!

I was wondering if you cook the sausage 1st? anyone know?sounds great

want to try this asap! =)

I have had and made these as appetizers (balls) only, which are delicious. I did use the hot Italian sausage but I think it would be better with the regular sausage when it's more of a breakfast sandwich, mmmmm. This is really a good recipe, quick and easy too! Thanks for reminding me about it and suggesting a new way to try it!
