Hamburger Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 small onion chopped

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 can green beans drained

1 10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup

2 cups mashed potatoes

Directions

Cook onion in hot fat until yellow.

Add meat and cook till brown.

Add seasonings, drained beans and soup.

Pour into 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.

Spoon mashed potatoes over mixture.

Bake 30 minutes

I make this recipe but, I also add shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mashed potatoes. Then at the last 5 minutes of the baking time I add Frenches Fried onions to top.
