- 250g butter shopping list
- 250g caster suger shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 200g ground almonds shopping list
- 250g self raising flour shopping list
- 120g plain flour shopping list
- 250ml milk shopping list
- 500g fresh cherries (i use the french griottine cherries in cassis brandy liqour but fresh or tinned will do) shopping list
- vanilla essence shopping list
How to make it
- add butter and sugar beat till smooth and creamy
- add eggs and combine well then add all dry goods
- adding the water and vanilla as well
- lastly fold in the cherries pour mix into greased tin bake at 180oc
