Shrimp Egg Foo Yong

- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1/2 pound medium{already peeled and deveined Shrimp} shopping list
- 3 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4 cup green chopped onion shopping list
- peanut oil shopping list
- green pea sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Combined Shrimp eggs shrimp and vegetables let stand 10 minutes
- mix well Heat large amount of oil in large skillet
- spoon 1/4 cup egg mixture into hot oil shaping into 3 inch circle with spatula
- cook untill brown on one side turn brown other side
- Repeat with remaining egg mixture adding oil to skilet when necessary serve with green pea sauce
- GREEN PEA SAUCE
- 3/4 cup chicken broth. 1 tablespoon Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce.1 Tsp. sugar 1/2 cup frozen English peas
- Combined chicken broth cornstarch soy sauce and sugar in sauce pan stir untill smooth
- cook over low heat till thickened stirring constant;ly add peas cook till heat ed throughly Yeilds 1 cup
