- The amounts are suitable for a springform baking tin with a diameter of 28 cm. shopping list
- · 6 eggs shopping list
- · 200 g ground almonds shopping list
- · 250 g sugar shopping list
- · 200 g margarine shopping list
- · 1 sachet baking powder shopping list
- · 4 tablespoons cocoa shopping list
- · 2 glasses of cherries, washed and left to dry shopping list
- · 1 tablet of plain chocolate shopping list
- · 0.6 l whipped cream shopping list
- · 2 sachets vanillin sugar shopping list
- A little more than a sachet of cream stabiliser shopping list
How to make it
- Preparation
- Step 1
- · Beat together in a bowl the egg yolks, almonds, sugar and margarine
- · Add the baking powder mixed with the cocoa and fold in the egg whites, once these has been beaten until stiff
- · Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin
- · Bake for thirty minutes, leave to cool
- Step 2
- · Scatter the cherries over the surface of the cake
- · Sprinkle on half of the grated chocolate and leave to cool in the fridge overnight
- Step 3
- · Beat the cream with the vanillin sugar until stiff, spread on the cake and sprinkle on the rest of the grated chocolate
- Store in a cool place
