Chocolate Potato Flake Cake

- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup instant potato flakes shopping list
- 4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 tbs cream cheese or butter shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 or 3 tbs milk or cream shopping list
- 3 to 5 tbs chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10" or 12" Bundt pan.
- Mix all of the ingredients together, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the Bundt pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Let it stand in the pan, on a cooling rack for 30 minutes. Then spread on the glaze.
- Glaze:
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Beat on low speed until smooth. Then spoon it on top of the cake. Top it off by sprinkling chopped nuts on it.
