How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10" or 12" Bundt pan.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
  • Pour the batter into the Bundt pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Let it stand in the pan, on a cooling rack for 30 minutes. Then spread on the glaze.
  • Glaze:
  • Mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Beat on low speed until smooth. Then spoon it on top of the cake. Top it off by sprinkling chopped nuts on it.

    I have never added potato flakes to a cake recipe but this sure caught my attention and I think it should be light in texture. Thanks for sharing and high 5.
