Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine beef, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, rice,2 tablespoons cheese,Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt, pepper and egg
  • Mix well
  • Stuff the peppers; place in an ungreased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish
  • Pour remaining sauce over peppers
  • Cover and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until beef is no longer pink
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese has melted

    Love stuffed peppers, and I cut mine exactly the same way - it does work out much better...as a matter of fact, this is almost exactly the way I make them, except for the cheese. Will definitely include that next time....^5 and thanks!
