How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350^.
  • Filling #1
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Fold in chocolate and melted butter.
  • Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour into prepared pan, set pan in fridge.
  • Filling #2
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Fold in chocolate and melted butter.
  • Add clear vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour over first layer and set back in fridge.
  • Filling #3
  • Repeat process of previous fillings.
  • Pour over second layer, smooth top.
  • Bake at 350^ for 75-80 minutes, or until sides are firm.
  • Let cool and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
  • NOTE: I have multiple bowls and beaters; it may take more time if you have to wash and dry bowls for each filling. That is why I cool in fridge between making fillings. Please feel free to ask any questions!!
