Triple Chocolate Cheesecake

- Use chocolate crust - see crust page. 10 or 12 inch springpan shopping list
- Filling #1 shopping list
- 1 pound Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 8 oz. milk chocolate, melted & cooled shopping list
- 1 tea. melted butter shopping list
- 1 tea. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/3 cup heavy cream shopping list
- Filling #2 shopping list
- 1 pound Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 8 oz. white chocolate, melted & cooled shopping list
- 1 tea. melted butter shopping list
- 1 tea. clear vanilla shopping list
- 1/3 cup heavy cream shopping list
- Filling #3 shopping list
- 1 pound Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 8 oz. semi-sweet choc., melted & cooled shopping list
- 1 tea. melted butter shopping list
- 1 tea. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/3 heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350^.
- Filling #1
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Fold in chocolate and melted butter.
- Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan, set pan in fridge.
- Filling #2
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Fold in chocolate and melted butter.
- Add clear vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour over first layer and set back in fridge.
- Filling #3
- Repeat process of previous fillings.
- Pour over second layer, smooth top.
- Bake at 350^ for 75-80 minutes, or until sides are firm.
- Let cool and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
- NOTE: I have multiple bowls and beaters; it may take more time if you have to wash and dry bowls for each filling. That is why I cool in fridge between making fillings. Please feel free to ask any questions!!

Oh my my...I am ALL over this one. I am going to make this for V Day...not for my hubby but for me!! LOL Great recipe!
