Super Easy Walnut Spice Bars

These are so easy to make and turned out pretty good from an idea I figured would work from experience. I used Black Walnuts but you can use English walnuts in place of them.
Ingredients
- 1 spice cake mix (I had Betty Crocker Super Moist) shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk (or half 'n' half) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (more if using English walnuts, they're not as pungent as Black) shopping list
- THAT'S IT! shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350*F
- Stir softened butter (I whip it up good with the spoon before adding other ingredients) cake mix, milk, egg, and nuts together really good.
- Spread evenly into greased 9 x 13 baking pan
- Cook for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly and cut into squares the size of your choice.
- Enjoy.
