Fried Potatoes with Tartar Sauce

- 4 medium-sized potatoes.(Don`t peel them) shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- sugar shopping list
- cooking oil for frying shopping list
- tartar sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the potatoes properly.Do not peel them.
- Slice the potatoes thinly.But not too thin,otherwise you`ll be cooking potato chips.
- Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl.
- Season with salt,pepper and sugar to taste.
- Pour in the flour.Hand-mix them until every slices are coated with flour.
- In a non stick pan. Fry them until golden brown.
- Place the fried potatoes in paper towel.
- Serve with tartar sauce.
