How to make it

  • Wash the potatoes properly.Do not peel them.
  • Slice the potatoes thinly.But not too thin,otherwise you`ll be cooking potato chips.
  • Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl.
  • Season with salt,pepper and sugar to taste.
  • Pour in the flour.Hand-mix them until every slices are coated with flour.
  • In a non stick pan. Fry them until golden brown.
  • Place the fried potatoes in paper towel.
  • Serve with tartar sauce.
