Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well
  • Shape chicken mixture into about 7 small patties, or size to your liking (I made about 5 larger ones, goes better on buns)
  • Place chicken on a baking sheet, cover, and chill for about 30 minutes
  • In a nonstick skillet, cook patties, turning once until golden brown, about 10 minutes
  • Enjoy!

This sounds great! It's funny because we just ate leftovers of a rotisserie chicken for dinner tonight! Your recipe would have been a much better dinner! Do you think I could grill the Burgers? Or do you think it would fall apart?
