Strawberry Cheesecake Bars

i just love cheesecakes all types its my weakness lol..............so i hope you will enjoy this ...........this is super easy................. courtesy of bhg...............
Ingredients
- 1- pouch ( pkg)Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix shopping list
- 1/3 -cup butter, melted shopping list
- 2- tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2- packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3/4- teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2- eggs shopping list
- 3/4- cup strawberry spreadable fruit shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together cookie mix, butter, flour and 1 egg.
- Press in greased 13x9-inch pan.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes until light golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 2 eggs until smooth.
- Spread over cookie crust.
- Spoon spreadable fruit in 3 lines the length of the pan.
- Use knife to pull spread from side to side through cream cheese mixture at 1-inch intervals.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes until filling is set.
- Refrigerate to chilled, about 2 hours. cut into bars
- makes 32 bars
