Striped Lemon Delight

- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 15 oz cans lemon pie filling shopping list
- 1 container Cool Whip, thawed (12 oz) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour and butter using a pastry cutter intil a ball forms
- Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish
- Bake for 25 minutes until lightly browned
- Remove from oven and let cool completely
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and well blended
- Spread evenly over the cooled crust
- Spread the pie filling over the cream cheese layer
- Chill until set then top with cool whip
