    I think this is what you're talking about:
    This article is okay, not the greatest. They leave out a lot of helpful info such as the cinnamon trick. Yeah, cinnamon helps reduce glucose levels, as does garlc, barley and a few others. Split Pea soup makes your sugar levels plummet, so they tell you not to eat it without some kind of bread or you could run too low. I've known too many diabetics in my time, and it runs in my family so I have to be careful. As articles go, I give this a 3 out of 5, but thanks for the link anyway.

    Excellent ED and thank you for sharing. I do not have diabetes but I know of a couple of friends who do. It's surprising how it can sneak up on us when we least expect it. HIGH 5 from me :D
