Barbecue Beef-filled Biscuits

- 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef. shopping list
- 1 small green pepper,finely chopped shopping list
- 1 small red pepper,finely chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup any favorite barbecue sauce. shopping list
- 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (7.5 oz.) shopping list
- 1/2 cup mexican shredded chedder/jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT oven 375 degrees.
- Brown meat with peppers in a medium skillet.
- remove from heat.
- stir in barecue sauce.
- separate biscuits.
- press 1 biscuit onto bottom and up side of each of 8 muffin cups(muffin pan)
- Spoon meat mixyure into biscuit cups;press into cups with back of spoon.(filling will be mounded)
- Bake about 10 minutes or until biscuits are lightly browned.
- Top with cheese,bake 3-4 minutes or until melted.
