Soft Cornbread

- 1 cp. yellow corn meal shopping list
- 3/4 cp. flour shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 can cream style corn shopping list
- 1/2 cp sour cream shopping list
- 1 cp sharp cheddar cheese (optional) shopping list
- 2 tbs sugar (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together just till well mixed. Don't over mix.. They are delicious with or without the cheese or sugar. Pour into six large or 12 small muffin cups. Bake about 20 minutes for the small ones and 30 minutes for the large. They should be golden brown and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. We love these with bean or split pea soup[.
