Pecan Clusters

easy, sweet, great party snack! My kids used to love these
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk ( not condensed! ) shopping list
- 1 Tbs. corn syrup shopping list
- 6 oz chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 cup of pecans shopping list
How to make it
- In a heavy duty saucepan cook and stir sugar, milk, cornsyrup.
- Cook over medium heat until mixtures boils and is bubbly.
- Boil and stir for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in chips until melted.
- Stir in pecans.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased wax paper.
- Chill until set.
- Yield about 24 pieces.
