Honey Nut Gold Digger Brownies

This recipe was named by my husband! These are soooo delicious. Chewy and sweet with a real honey taste and the nuts add to the texture. Great served with cream or Greek yoghurt
Ingredients
- 200gm butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup runny honey shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla essence shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 cup raw peanuts shopping list
- sesame oil shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar until pale in colour
- Gradually beat in honey
- Add eggs one at a time
- Beat thoroughly
- Add condensed milk and beat again
- Add vanilla essence
- Process nuts in food processor until they resemble coarse bread crumbs
- Add a drizzle of sesame oil to the peanuts until they just start sticking together
- Mix all the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture
- Grease a shallow biscuit tin and pour mixture into the tin
- Bake at 150c and cook for 40 minutes
