  • Grind thoroughly to a paste with the pestle -the texture can be fine or coarse depending on preference.
  • Bind with the olive oil, stirring well.

    I love romesco sauce. It is delicious on grilled bread and served with grilled or poached seafood. The almond is a subtle texture while the garlic packs a punch. Good stuff.
