I have just pulled my first batch out of the oven. Yummy, much tastier than I imagined. I will be vacumn sealing, then sealing in mylar bags. I will give these HEB's to friends and family for emergency disaster rations. I have calculated the Calories to be 233 per biscuit if you get 25 biscuits. I estimate the shelf life to be 2 years. An easy way to save lives in a disaster. The recipe did not state when to add the coconut, tahini and baking powder so I added that when I added the flour. These are fairly moist so I will try the extra drying tip noted at the end of the recipe.
