Shrimp Salad

This is my version of the shrimp salad served from street vendors down by Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. I miss the city so I made this :)
Ingredients
- 3lbs of cooked shrimp meat (no shells) shopping list
- 1 cup of sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup of light mayo shopping list
- 1/2 of a red onion chopped shopping list
- few cloves of garlic chopped fine shopping list
- smoked paprika shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- (Best served on sourdough toast) shopping list
How to make it
- add sour cream and mayo to mixing bowl
- fold in garlic and onions
- add shrimp and mix will all shrimp is covered
- add smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- refrigerate
