How to make it

  • Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the shrimp, garlic and Cajun seasoning in oil and butter or margarine until shrimp turns pink. Add peas and rice. Cook 2-3 minutes longer or until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
