A grand name for something so easy! It tastes wonderful, too, and is usually very tender.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 2 cups white or sweet onion, minced
- 1/4 - 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 pkgs brown gravy (recommend Pioneer)
Directions
- Heat oven to 375.
- Line a 9x13 pan with foil.
- Shape hamburger and onion into 6-8 patties; place in pan.
- Top with mushrooms.
- Mix gravy with 2-1/2 cups water and pour over patties.
- Cook 45 minutes to an hour.

This is the BEST EVER hamburger steak recipe. I was skeptical since it sounded too easy but it is great. The only thing I did different was add one egg and some saltines to the meat mixture. I used pioneer gravy as suggested. Man this is good!
