Sooo good! I made this tonight and both of my children and husband loved it! I used cantalope, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries and bananas. Thanks for sharing.

This was excellent! And the cream is just divine - very, very sweet, but I love the cinnamon in it. I particularly liked it paired with the apples - I used Fuji apples, cantaloupe, strawberries and fresh pineapple, then topped with my homemade cinnamon almond granola (from a cookbook - not "mine" exactly!) Loved it, Sharebear! And not to start anything, but the only ambrosia I've ever had is the stuff with mini-marshamllows and Cool Whip...this is way better!

Not sure if that is a rude comment pointsevenout, but I have never heard of ambrosia and its called a Bionico (en spanish), its not a wannabe anything its a Bionico!

This is a wannabe ambrosia recipe. But it tastes good anyway.

Made this today, for the Recipe Swap! :) I followed the recipe but we don't care for melon, so I subbed pineapple. I used Fuji and Pink Lady apples, banana and strawberries. I am a honey lover, and always have several varieties in my pantry, so for this, I chose a wild blueberry honey. SO GOOD! :) I also shaved some coconut and ground a cinnamon stick, rather than use ground. For the granola, I used my own honey blend. I served it as it shows in the photo, with dressing and coconut and granola on the side, so everyone could add as they desired. But, with the left over, I just tossed the fruit with the remaining dressing and that will be breakfast topped with the granola and coconut. Thank you so much for this easy and tasty recipe, Sharebear! :)

Wow, that sounds really good! (And when I first glanced at the title I thought it said 'Fruit Salad BENICIO' so I was already drooling! LOL!!) Can't wait to try it!
